We try our best to make everyone happy. However, due to the nature of vintage, preloved and handmade products, we do not offer refunds. We try to describe the product as accurately as possible. We put out detailed measurements and any imperfections in the product are displayed through photos and/or in the description.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, returns are only processed as store credits.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping will have to be borne by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The coupon will be equal to the price of the purchased item minus the shipping fees and the taxes. The buyer cannot use it to purchase an item of a lower value. If the buyer uses it to purchase an item higher in value, the difference must be paid. Shipping fees if applicable will be re-levied on the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of any serious discrepancies from the product image and description or the wrong order being sent, we will refund the full amount including the shipping fees!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case the product is returned to us in damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
