We ship from Paris, France. All orders are processed within 3 to 4 working days, but the time and cost your parcel will take to reach you depends on the country you order from. We try to be as green as possible, hence we use La Poste & Chronopost services which are carbon neutral companies for all our deliveries.
For now, we don’t have next day or express delivery option for outside France as we are a mom and pop store, with limited hands on deck. But we promise to add these delivery options soon.
To France (Free Shipping over €40)
We ship with Colissimo. All the parcels are tracked. Once the package is out for delivery, we will share the tracking number with you either by SMS or by e-mail (based on the shipping details shared by you, we request you to provide your contact details for hassle-free shipping). In case you fail to provide your contact information, you will have to get in touch with us by email to get the tracking number.
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days. In case there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, technical difficulties, epidemic, etc.) we will keep you informed.
To European Union countries (Free Shipping for orders over 60€)
We ship with Delivengo. The delivery time varies from country to country. The
package should reach you within 5 to 8 working days. All the shipments are tracked.
To the rest of the world (Free Shipping for orders over €80)
We ship with Delivengo. The delivery time varies based on the location. The
package should reach you within 10 to 20 workings days.
Most shipments are tracked, but in some countries, postal services do not offer a tracking option. In that case, the shipment is tracked until the port of expedition in France.
Please understand that any fees charged by customs are not included in shipping, and are not the responsibility of Mauve Moustache.
Points to Note
We will track the shipment until it’s delivered successfully. In case you have not received your shipment within 21 days from shipping, please contact us and we will sort the issue out for you.
Should the shipment get sent back to us due to it being unclaimed or due to a wrong address provided, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs if you want us to try to re-ship the item back to you.
